This grounding soak was made with rest in mind—pure epsom salts blended with sea salt, baking soda, and a muslin sachet of organic dried lemon balm and lavender. The salts ease tension. The herbs calm the senses. And the simple act of bathing becomes a return to self.

Tear open the top, pour salts and sachet into warm water, and gently squeeze the herbs beneath the surface for a calming herbal brew. The sachet can be reused or composted—nothing wasted.
